Personality & Leadership Assessment

Let’s find out

what makes you tick.

Am I more introvert or extrovert?

Am I assertive enough or do people walk over me?

How do I typically make a decision what what am I not considering?

What is my typical response to conflict and does that work?

What internal saboteurs are getting in my way?

What kind of leader am I compared to other successful leaders?

Most people are fascinated by personality tests. There is nothing more interesting than us.

But not all tests are created equally.

There are some world-class psychometric tests that reveal profound truths about our makeup and our behaviour.

On the other hand, there are tests for free on Facebook, like finding out what character we are from a sitcom. The report is seemingly harmless and meaningless, but who knows what they do with that deeply personal information about you.

If you are going to do a personality test, then do one that is scientific, confidential and valuable. Do one that measures aspects of yourself that you can directly apply to your context. Discover things about yourself that would otherwise take decades to figure out.

I have been using psychometric tests for over a decade to help my clients quickly learn about themselves and then make the changes needed to succeed. I have many different tests that we can use, depending on what you want to know about yourself or your team. They are all world-class, industry standard tests that have been verified to deliver accurate and practical insights.

They can be used for team building, for personal development, for pre-employment, and for annual performance reviews.

Contact me if you would like to arrange a test for you or your employees. Let’s help you advance your leadership.

Let’s work together.

There are four ways we can use these tests

Personal development

We will choose the psychometric tests that align with the desired coaching outcomes. Then we will go over the results together. We will look for ways to leverage your strengths and mitigate your challenges. Many people have hired Scott for a single session to debrief after a personality test.

Leadership Performance Review

Boards doing CEO or Director performance review – Company owners without a board wanting valid feedback. – Leaders in succession planning being groomed for future roles. Every leader needs deep, frank, helpful feedback. Gain scientific data on what is actually happening. Do this at least once every 3-5 years.

Pre-employement testing

There is a lot riding on this postion and you need to hire the right kind of person. Include a leadership assessment, work personality, and/or conflict style test. Then, along with interviews and references, you will have more information to help you make the decision.

Team building workshops

The most effective team building activity available. Learn about yourself and everyone else on the team. Build appreciation for what other people bring to the venture. How long has it been since you did this with your people? Includes Meyers-Briggs (MBTI), DiSC, Strength Finders, and Conflict – Collaboration (TKI).
