Gather your team. We will start with a good breakfast and then dive into the work. After an evening of relaxation we will hit it fresh the next day to finish mid to late afternoon.

Scott helped our board and staff focus on a Strategic Plan to concentrate our efforts in ways that bring results. A grand slam! Recently our organization had the opportunity to welcome Scott Francis to facilitate a strategic planning session for our financial advisory practise. The two day experience with Scott was very well accepted and continues to be an ongoing discussion amongst our group.
