Scott helped our board and staff focus on a Strategic Plan to concentrate our efforts in ways that bring results.  A grand slam! Scott facilitated our strategic planning weekend and it was a home-run that everyone was engaged in. We ended up seeing major success by following the plan that he helped us design, we have seen major advancements in every area.  This was a working document that gave us direction and didn’t just sit on the shelf. I highly recommend Scott as a consultant.

Recently our organization had the opportunity to welcome Scott Francis to facilitate a strategic planning session for our financial advisory practise.  The two day experience with Scott was very well accepted and continues to be an ongoing discussion amongst our group.  With 5 partners and two other associates in the room, there was sure to be conflicting agendas, but Scott was able to facilitate a very smooth process to have us all open up and provide insightful commentary on how best to strategize our goals and objectives on a go forward basis.  We were very happy with our experience and continue to tell others as well.
